Renaissance Craftables organizes the "Mercado Dell'Artiste" - the Art and Craft Show portion of this event which is produced by the United Merchants of the S. 9th Street Business Association.

The annual Italian Market Festival - a large, Philadelphia event - is held in one of the City's most established neighborhoods—the stretch of South Ninth Street in South Philadelphia, now known as the 9th Street Italian Market District.

This area, just south of Center City Philadelphia, has always been a multicultural and vibrant mix of people and businesses.

**New in 2025:

Renaissance Craftables is curating the first 2-block stretch of South 9th Street, between Fitzwater and Christian Streets, as a handmade makers' marketplace: the Mercado Dell'Artiste.

**Please NOTE: These are new fees for 2025, to align with all Festival fees:

Jury fee is waived for 2025

Booth fee due upon acceptance: $495**

If you are not accepted into the Mercado Dell'Artiste area (there is limited space), your application- if you wish- will be reviewed by the Festival organizers so that you may participate in the event in an another area of the Festival.
